These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DGTL Sheets Add-on (the "Add-on"), a Google Sheets™ add-on operated by Power Digital / DGTL ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Add-on you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Add-on.
The Add-on extracts advertising campaign data from Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok and writes that data into a Google Sheets spreadsheet that you control. To do this, the Add-on uses advertising-platform API credentials that you provide.
You must have a valid Google account and the authority to grant the access the Add-on requests. You are responsible for the advertising-platform accounts and API credentials you connect, and for ensuring you are permitted to access the data you retrieve.
The Add-on interacts with third-party APIs including the Google Ads API, the Meta Graph API, the TikTok Business API, and the OpenAI API. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third-party services.
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Add-on and its underlying code are owned by us. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Add-on other than the limited right to use it as intended.
The Add-on is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it retrieves will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Add-on.
You may stop using the Add-on at any time by removing it from your Google account. We may suspend or discontinue the Add-on, in whole or in part, at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Add-on after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bucharest.
