This Privacy Policy explains how the DGTL Sheets Add-on (the "Add-on"), operated by Power Digital / DGTL ("we", "us", "our"), accesses, uses, and protects information when you use it. The Add-on is a Google Sheets™ add-on that extracts advertising campaign data from Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok into a spreadsheet you control.
The Add-on accesses only what is needed to perform its function:

Data accessed by the Add-on is processed for one purpose only: to populate your own spreadsheet with the advertising data you request. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

These requests are made on your behalf using credentials you supply. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and terms.
API credentials you enter are stored in Google Apps Script Script Properties associated with the Add-on, within Google's infrastructure. They are used solely to authenticate the API requests described above. We do not transmit your credentials to our own external servers.
Spreadsheet data written by the Add-on remains in your spreadsheet under your control; you may edit or delete it at any time. Credentials and settings persist in Script Properties until you remove them or uninstall the Add-on. Uninstalling the Add-on removes its access to your Google account.
The Add-on's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, data obtained through Google APIs (including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and user email data):
We rely on Google's Apps Script platform and the security controls of the connected APIs. You are responsible for safeguarding your own Google account and the API credentials you provide.
Depending on your jurisdiction Romania, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because the Add-on processes data within your own Google account and spreadsheet, you can exercise most of these directly. For other requests, contact us below.
